So I need to change privacy settings on fb so a certain person doesnt see one of my pictures and albumns

Answer:
go into your privacy settings and choose "custom" for any privacy setting you want to keep a particular person out of. Start typing their name in the box and it will appear.
You can also create groups and choose a group in the custom setting. It comes in handy for instance if you want your co-workers to be forbidden from seeing your wall posts, or a particular photo album, or your updates. Because facebook includes such a wide variety of people, you might have reason to keep some people out of some areas.
