Festivals celebrated in any corner of the world brings along abundance of joyful colors of fun, adventure, dance, music, lights, sweets and many more. Plethora of festivals are celebrated all around the world every year where people chill out and get engulfed in all sort of amusing activities. These are basically the social events and occasions that are celebrated with great delight and interest.
Diwali
Diwali is the most important and vibrant festival widely celebrated by Hindus in India. Over the years, this festival has been celebrated with great excitement where people rejoice and adorn their houses with lights and decorative items. According to the Ramayana (Hindu Epic) it's believed that Diwali was initially celebrated on return of Lord Ram from 14 years of exile after conquering Ravan. People lit diyas and decorated their houses with colors and flowers in order welcome Lord Ram. Since then it is celebrated throughout the Hindu community with great zeal till now.
The grace of Diwali is visible in India even from the distant as you can see fusillade of fireworks embellishing the sky at night. Specialty of this festival is Rangoli, which is made at the doorstep of every house either with colors, flowers and sometimes even with colored rice. Ladies groom themselves in newly chic traditional dresses and males are usually found in their Kurtas or Sherwanis. Nowadays the impact of this festival is also seen in Singapore and other nations which mostly takes place in the month on October or November.
Eid
Eid is much awaited festival by whole lot of Muslims throughout the world after hard fasting in the month of Ramadan. Generally declared as the holiday in most part of the world, this day is of great importance for Muslims where they indulge in all sort of spiritual activities and get rid of evil habits. With Eid comes the end of Ramadan where Muslims go on fast for one month and spend most of their time in holy activities.
The real face of Eid Ul Fitr is mostly observed in Middle East countries where majority of Muslims reside. The festival usually occurs in the month of August or September which depends on the crescent moon in the sky which appears after new moon. People break their fast after getting first sight of this moon and merry-make by preparing sweet dish, wearing new clothes and visiting to their relatives.
Brazilian Carnival
Brazilian Carnival is the most popular and amazing show of fun and enjoyment in Brazil which is celebrated forty-six days before Easter. This festival of Brazilian Carnival is believed to have its root in pagan festival of Saturnalia where people engross in religious activities and some Christians wholly abstain themselves from consuming even meat and poultry. Commonly the Carnival in Brazil is a fest of pomp and show and parade all around the Brazil.
This festival brings along lots of unexpected adventure in the form of music, dance, unique costumes and drummers all gathered on the road. Samba is the part today's modern Carnival which has its roots in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This festival runs for around a week where people rejoice and immerse deep in loud sounds of drums and music.
Tomato Festival
One of the most frolic festival of Spain, Tomato Festival is celebrated in Bunol, Valencia. As the name suggests, tomatoes are the gem of this jubilant festival. Tomato festival marked its first presence in 1945 when people started throwing tomatoes at each other. This festival is celebrated on the last Wednesday of August which begins in the morning with first event of 'palo jabon'.
Majority of people participate in this event which turns out to be 30,000 each year, in order to chill out with reviving spirits. Tomato fight begins early in the morning and lasts for around one to two hours where participants are allowed to follow some basic rules. There is a heavy crowd seen each year all immersed in red color of tomato and its juice.
Christmas
Massively celebrated among Christians, Christmas is another annual festival which is famous worldwide. The fest represents the birth of Jesus Christ and also showcases some of the adorable customs of the religion. X-Mas Tree wins the chief attention of everyone which is beautifully decorated with stars, gifts, colorful glossy papers and other attractive materials.
Christmas is not only the festival but a day that reveals much about Christianity and their culture. Whole Christian community welcomes this day with great joy and specially for children the fest turns out be grand amusement. Children are given loads of gifts by Santa Claus or the Father Christmas who usually comes in red outfit with white border. Celebrated towards the end of year in winter on 25th December, this occasion comes along with cakes, pastries, chocolates and lots of gifts each year.

Any darker color such as black will show dust more than lighter colors, as well as smudges from fingerprints. If it concerns you i would go with the beige.
