Happy Days was a show made after the hit movie "American Graffiti" in which Ron Howard, Richard Dreyfus starred. It was about a crowd of kids who graduated High School and were going on to College, so this was their last Summer of fun together. Fonzie was the Hood like character with a heart of gold and who loved racing his car and fighting for his friends. With rolled up sleeves on his t-shirt he was real Cool. The weekly show was of the Cunninghams with a Father and Mother, and two sons and a younger daughter Joanie. They took Fonzie in to live above their home. They hung out at Al's and each week was another hilarious show. The Fonz became the coolest guy to hit the air. He would just snap his fingers and the Jule box would start and all the gals loved him. From this show came "Joanie Loves Cha-Chi" and "Laverne and Shirley" which was another very funny sitcom. The Cunninghams were known for being upright citizens and yet funny and loving. I watched this show and really enjoyed it a lot Heres to "Happy Days" Yeeeea!
